Life Time Debuts Luxury Living Residences to Massachusetts
The health and fitness operator says its posh residences are expected to open this summer
Life Time Inc. is opening the doors to a five-story living complex this summer adjacent to a Life Time Athletic Country Club, creating a healthy living village.
The experience, referred to as Life Time Living, will offer ‘luxury-to-lease’ residences in Burlington, Massachusetts. Construction is underway, and the posh living arrangements are expected to open at 20 Fourth Avenue this summer.
The development will house 167 units sharing a campus with an existing Life Time Burlington athletic country club. Between the two, there will be 13 acres for residents and members to enjoy.
The project is a partnership between Life Time and Nordblom Company.
Life Time Living Burlington will feature 14 studios, 69 one-bedroom, 11 one-bedroom plus den, and 73 two-bedroom apartments ranging from 558 to 1,407 square feet. The fitness and lifestyle operator is also designing work-from-home and lounge spaces, conference rooms, a private dining room, covered parking with charging stations, and a cycle lounge.
The outdoors will boast two courtyards with fire pits, grilling stations, seating areas, outdoor games, and a meditation area. A park with a walking path, dog play area, and green space will also be featured in the Life Time Living healthy village.
Steps away from Life Time Living, residents will have complimentary access to the athletic country club, which offers group classes and training, indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, squash, basketball courts, a restaurant, a salon, and a spa.
“We are thrilled to expand our Life Time presence in Burlington with Nordblom Company in this new luxury residential development,” said Parham Javaheri, Chief Property Development Officer and EVP at Life Time. “In addition to serving members and the community with our athletic club, we’ll soon serve our new residents with this one-of-a-kind development as part of one vibrant campus that embraces the ethos of our healthy way of life brand.”
To fully immerse in a healthy lifestyle, Life Time Living will offer a resident concierge program where customized weekly meal prep delivery, personal training and wake-up calls, and nutrition coaches and massage therapists will be available. The Life Time Living concept premiered in Coral Gables, Florida, in 2021 before opening in Las Vegas, Nevada, last year. This summer, a second northeast Life Time Living location will open in Stamford, Connecticut.
