The promotion is intended to counteract the statistic that 80% of New Year’s resolutions are abandoned

The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) is celebrating President’s Day with a promotion for its personal trainer certification program, which now comes with additional education courses at no extra cost.

ISSA says that roughly 80% of New Year’s resolutions are left in the dust by February, a statistic that ISSA is committed to changing through education and resources so that fitness professionals can help others succeed.

The ISSA personal trainer program promotion will run from February 16 through February 23. Individuals who enroll in ISSA’s certified personal trainer program will receive a bundle of certifications – Elite Certified Trainer, Bodybuilding Specialist, Nutritionist, Sports & Conditioning, or Master Trainer and CPR – at no additional cost.

ISSA CEO Andrew Wyant said, “President’s Day is a time to celebrate American leadership, and what better way to do that than by empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellness.”

He added, “We believe that education is the key to success in the fitness industry, and we are thrilled to offer this special promotion to help our members and the individuals our members train achieve their New Year’s resolutions and reach their full potential.”

The fitness educator says the ISSA CPT certification gives students the knowledge and skills to design and implement safe and effective programs. The additional promotional courses cover various topics, including exercise science, nutrition, and business development.
