Finding a workout you love is just as hard as finding “the one.” For Vassos, she found both and is now the face of Fit Club, a Potomac studio that promises a full-body strength workout in minutes

Joan Vassos captured hearts on reality TV, and now she’s capturing equity in a fitness studio that offers a full-body workout in 15 minutes.

The “Golden Bachelorette” has joined Fit Club, a Potomac-based boutique fitness studio, as a strategic partner and equity owner.

Vassos will also serve as the face of promotional campaigns, social media pushes and lead the development of new programs.

Two more studios are in the pipeline in the D.C. area by year’s end, with a more rapid expansion planned, though firm numbers and location details were not available.

Fit Club is exactly the kind of training I’ve been looking for, and I’m so excited for this partnership,” Vassos said. “Together, we’ll inspire our community to embrace a smarter, faster way to work out, and prove that 15 minutes can change everything.”

Fit Club’s model offers members adaptive resistance machines that adjust in real time to their ability level, guided by a certified personal trainer. Sessions run 15 to 20 minutes and are meant to hit every major muscle group. The studio also offers partner sessions, where two people can train simultaneously.

In an Instagram video, Vassos shared how she discovered Fit Club almost by accident, spotting the storefront near her Potomac home on a pizza run. A self-described non-gym person who admits she doesn’t love to sweat, she walked in skeptical and walked out converted.

“I have never been a gym person,” she said in the clip. “I joined gyms before and it was a waste of money. I never went.”

Single sessions run $59, with partner sessions priced at $110. Monthly memberships start at $195 for one session per week and $299 for two sessions per week. A free 20-minute trial is available for first-timers. Memberships are capped, and the studio maintains a waitlist when full.

A celebration is planned at Fit Club’s flagship Potomac studio on April 26 from 2-5 p.m.
