The gym design and supply company unveiled the Gym Rax 3D Trainer in 2024, offering a new take on the classic smith machine. A cable-based machine, amp uses digital weight up to 100 pounds and leverages artificial intelligence to create hyper-personalized, adaptive strength training workouts.
