Exos Modernizes in Response to Pandemic
The company recently announced a rebrand.
Exos has been in the human performance game since 1999, has served 215 Olympic athletes, and has applied unity as a company practice. Coach Mark Verstegen, the founder of Exos, has considered teamwork as a pillar of the company’s success and is now using that methodology in its rebrand, upcoming products, and consumer campaign.
The Phoenix-based Exos, with a solid base of elite athletes and military members, has now modernized and expanded the brand while being inclusive to a larger consumer market. The pandemic offered Exos an opportunity to pivot from its traditional model to digitalization. The company will be offering a new suite of products over the next few years for exosathome.com, which currently has a content library that includes on-demand and live-streaming classes.
Exos Fit, a virtual coaching platform, will launch in early November and will focus on teamwork restoration and a much-needed community after enduring the isolation of the pandemic. The platform will allow employees at participating corporations the chance to join a team, gain support and motivation, and will be suitable for on-site, remote, or hybrid employees.
Exos, derived from the word “exosphere,” is meant to represent limitless boundaries and progress, which shows the core mission of the proactive health and wellness company. The upcoming campaign will evoke the magic of teamwork as being the foundation for success. It’s an area in which the company is well-versed. In 2012, Exos had trained 14 NFL first-round draft picks and championed the LA Galaxy soccer team’s success that year.
“Exos creates game plans that fuel people from all walks of life to perform at their peak, overcome obstacles, and thrive even in the most difficult environments. With this rebrand, we aim to put an emphasis on the ‘we’ versus the ‘me’.’ Together, as one team, we can accomplish anything and achieve greatness on and off the field,” Verstegen says. The campaign video for teamwork can be viewed on Instagram.
Current clients and partners of Exos include Adidas, Pfizer, Adobe, Humana, and Mayo Clinic.
