ABC Evo Launches CRM & Business Intelligence Tools in Latin America

The ABC Evo platform has achieved 154% growth in revenue since 2019 and serves over 5,500 clubs in 15 countries across LATAM

ABC Evo, a part of leading fit tech company ABC Fitness Solutions, is launching integrated CRM and business intelligence solutions dedicated to Latin America.

The new tools, Evo CRM and Evo Insights, will assist gym and fitness operators in streamlining their operations, enhancing efficiency and saving time and money by automating client acquisition and delivering actionable analytics to better understand and manage their business.

The integrated club management system is designed for country-specific payment processing, cost optimization and customer experience delivered in native languages.

ABC Fitness acquired Evo W12 in 2019, creating ABC Evo. The platform has since achieved over 154% growth in revenue and serves over 5,500 clubs in 15 countries. ABC Evo announced the launch of its new offerings at IHRSA Brazil on Wednesday.

The new Evo CRM includes features such as targeted email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notification campaigns for closing leads and up-selling members, a referral marketing program and integrated social media tracking.

As for Evo Insights, the business intelligence solution offers data reporting and comprehensive analytics, providing fitness businesses with information to drive decisions. The solution also offers real-time performance metrics and can identify trends, patterns and opportunities in the fitness industry while learning how best to optimize operations.

“We believe in the power of data in growing businesses,” said Paulo Akiau, president of ABC Evo, adding that in order to assess business performance, club operators spend 1.5 hours a day on average collecting data from multiple software solutions.

“Evo Insights provides a faster way for businesses to make smarter decisions with enhanced capabilities to collect and interpret data analytics within a single integrated solution,” Akiau said. “With Evo CRM, we bring similar savings in time and money to the member acquisition and management process.”

In Brazil, 23 of the 25 largest gym chains use ABC Evo, according to the platform.
