RevFit Begins Franchising, Aims To ‘Disrupt’ Traditional Group Fitness

RevFit’s model combines strength training and streamlined operations to deliver results for both members and owners, its CEO says
RevFit is opening its playbook to fitness franchisees as demand for strength-driven group workouts continues to rise and as the brand sets its sights beyond its current three-studio footprint.
The Texas-based boutique fitness concept touts a streamlined operational model, recurring revenue potential, and prime territory availability in key U.S. markets.
“RevFit was built to disrupt the outdated group fitness model,” RevFit president and CEO Reid Warner said. “We created a strength-focused experience that delivers real results, fosters connection, and gives our members the tools to build strength and confidence that lasts. Now, we’re giving franchise partners the opportunity to grow fitness businesses that truly change lives.”

RevFit offers two group fitness formats tailored to different schedules and fitness needs. RevFit Standard is a 50-minute session blending strength, cardio and endurance, led by expert coaches and designed for all levels. For those short on time, RevFlex 30 delivers a high-intensity, strength-based workout in just 30 minutes, providing maximum impact in a condensed format.
In addition to its strength-focused workouts, RevFit offers a nutrition coaching program where members can access one-on-one guidance from a nutritionist, personalized meal plans, macro-friendly recipes and ongoing accountability, all delivered through RevFit’s partnership with Macrostax. New members can try the service with a four-week free trial.

Prospective RevFit franchisees can expect a $40,000 franchise fee, with total startup costs estimated at just over $429,000, including a $100,000 working capital buffer. A 6% royalty on gross sales also applies, according to RevFit’s website.

Franchising remains a strong economic engine, raking in an estimated $858.5 billion in 2023 in the U.S. and projected to hit $894 billion for 2024, according to Franchise Clues.
