In recognition of National Women’s Health Month, wellness and nutrition brand NOW has launched a new campaign with four female wellness experts
NOW is kicking off National Women’s Health Month with the launch of its new “Be You, NOW” campaign—spotlighting four powerhouse women redefining wellness on their own terms. From Olympic sprinter and 5x medalist Gabby Thomas to Peloton’s Emma Lovewell, meditation expert Kristin McGee and nutritionist DJ Blatner, the campaign invites women to tap into expert-led tips, real-life routines and wellness advice designed to help them thrive.
Throughout National Women’s Health Month, NOW is inviting the public to follow along with each expert and @nowfoodsofficial for daily wellness tips, routines and inspiration. The campaign’s hub offers a closer look at each woman’s approach to health, along with a sweepstakes featuring wellness-focused prizes, including a Peloton Bike Starter Package, Kristin McGee’s Substack membership, expert-recommended reads and gear and a $500 code for NOW products. Weekly giveaways curated by the experts are also happening via @nowfoodsofficial.
“As an elite sprinter where every second counts, I’m always thinking about performance, and to be my best, I need to be smart about how I recover, fuel properly and get quality sleep,” Thomas said. “I’m giving a look into my daily routine, showing how I balance being an athlete and taking care of myself so that I can show up to my sport each day. I trust NOW to help keep me at my best on and off the track.”
As part of the campaign, the wellness brand asked each woman to reveal one morning ritual that helps them feel ready to take on the day—offering a personal glimpse into their small but powerful habits:
On recovery days, Thomas fuels up with a protein-packed breakfast to help her body bounce back—mixing Greek yogurt, whey protein, nuts, seeds, and a touch of manuka honey for sweetness. Lovewell’s current breakfast obsession? A hearty bowl of oatmeal loaded with chia seeds, flax seeds, and fruit—giving her the energy she needs to power through postpartum life. McGee swears by her morning supplement stack and keeps her collagen powder right next to the coffee maker, making it easy to stir into her brew for a protein boost.
As for Blatner, she starts her day with a few jumps on her indoor trampoline and never skips adding electrolytes to her water for a hydration kick.
“Becoming a new mom has changed how I care for myself,” Lovewell said. “I know that to show up fully for my family, I must feel my best, too. I love knowing that NOW has me covered – not just for my health and wellness but for my whole family. It’s one less thing to think about, so I can focus on soaking up all these special moments.”
