Led by industry veterans, Sabre’s new division helps fitness and wellness brands navigate every stage of growth with actionable guidance

Sabre, a boutique real estate advisory firm known for its dedication to supporting leading fitness and wellness franchises, has launched a new advisory division: Sabre Business Consulting (SBC).

The division consists of two tiers: SBC Foundational Support, led by Tom Jacobson and designed for brands ready to accelerate growth and enhance performance through actionable guidance, and the SBC Strategic Partnership Group, tailored for high-growth companies or those undergoing complex transitions that require expert strategy and ongoing executive advisory.

He then transitioned to the boutique fitness brand’s corporate team, serving as director of studios and growth and leading Solidcore’s West Coast expansion.

SBC is the natural evolution of what we’ve always done best—help brands grow smarter, faster and stronger,” Sabre principal and head of national advisory Douglas Jerum said. “This new division brings game-changing strategy and execution to businesses looking for more than just advice—they want action.”

SBC clients can expect a full suite of services, beginning with a comprehensive business audit and customized plan. The firm offers expertise in brand positioning, go-to-market execution, financial modeling and forecasting, operational design, customer retention, pricing strategy, CRM and technology integration, and franchise or multi-market development.

“We approach every engagement not as consultants but as co-pilots,” Jacobson said. “We’re in the trenches with our clients—guiding, challenging and empowering them to build businesses that scale with intention.”

SBC’s Strategic Partnership division is co-led by Jay Galluzzo and Sabre founder and CEO Jay Siano. Galluzzo brings extensive experience as the co-founder and former CEO of Flywheel, as well as a private equity investor at North Castle Partners. He also serves on the boards of Barry’s and Windham Mountain.

“Jay Siano and I have lived the founder/operator journey,” Galluzzo said. “SBC exists to provide the kind of strategic firepower and support we wish we had in the critical stages of scaling a business—a clear roadmap, built from real experience, not theory.”

Siano added that the new division was born from hands-on work with the founders of several iconic brands.

“Every stage of growth, the conversation goes far beyond real estate,” Siano said. “We live and breathe the “Build-Fund-Scale-Exit” process that powered success stories like Flywheel, Orangetheory Fitness and Solidcore. I’m fired up to help the next wave of standout brands become household names!”
