Saks Unveils Wellness Shop

Saks Wellness Shop
The Wellness Shop on Saks.com will feature products for both women and men & could signal plans for an upcoming IPO

Saks has launched a Wellness Shop on Saks.com, giving shoppers the opportunity to be both stylish and healthy. The link for wellness, which is featured on the top navigation bar on Saks.com, enables shoppers to explore what Saks calls the four pillars of wellness: fitness, health & nutrition, sexual wellness, and rest & relaxation.

In celebration of its new wellness offering, Saks will be hosting live events from January 11th through January 18th and a “wellness-themed” Edit article. These digital experiences will allow viewers to discover “shoppable experiences” with on-demand style inspiration and exclusive access to new collections.  Upcoming live events include Lifestyle Tips with Brian Mazza, Wedding Styling with Micaela Erlanger, and Dr. Barbara Strum, who will provide a first look at her molecular hair and scalp collection.

Saks says it will focus on a holistic approach to wellbeing and that the new wellness shop will offer over 100 brands, 50 of which are new to the Saks line-up. Items will include recovery products, supplements, aromatherapy, kitchen tools, and fitness apparel. Saks will also feature new golf and ski shops with apparel for men and women.

“Saks is thrilled to expand our array of wellness offerings, solidifying our position as the ultimate luxury retailer,” says Tracy Margolies, Chief Merchandising Officer at Saks. “A holistic, all-encompassing approach to health is essential. With the addition of this new shop and products, we are now able to serve multiple aspects of the luxury customers’ lifestyle, from fashion to wellbeing.”
