SageHouse Launches proof3, a Remote Longevity Fitness Coaching Platform
Proof3 will pair experienced remote coaches with individuals aged 30 and above, creating personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle plans with an eye toward longevity
The SageHouse, an investment and advisory firm for fitness brands, is going all in on longevity. The firm announced the launch of its first operating brand, proof3, which aims to revolutionize longevity fitness for individuals aged 30 and above through remote coaching.
Proof 3 comes after The SageHouse acquired Functional Bodybuilding and OPEX’s Remote Coaching Businesses.
“Millennials and Gen Xers increasingly want to live better, longer, and we’re excited to lead the charge with these amazing coaches,” said proof3 co-founder Jim Crowell. “Our love for and extensive experience in the fitness and wellness space have uniquely positioned us to effectively cater to this growing demand.”
Focused on helping clients “Live better, longer,” proof3 will deliver personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programming remotely. The online platform will pair clients with experienced coaches committed to enhancing their emotional and physical well-being through personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle plans.
According to proof3, coaches on the platform can help individuals who have never worked out before to seasoned athletes, along with those training for events like a marathon or others who want to change their body composition. Clients can also comment on workouts and communicate with their coaches via CoachRX’s messaging platform.
“Proof3 is more than a combination of remote coaching expertise,” said co-founder Jason Crowe. “It’s about creating a robust ecosystem where every client’s personal journey towards longevity is respected and nurtured in a way that is truly unique to them.”
The launch of proof3 comes as longevity has become a hot commodity within the fitness industry. Equinox just launched a longevity membership program titled “Optimize by Equinox.” Next Health, an LA-based health optimization and longevity center that opened its franchising program only a year ago, sold 50 territories this past April and plans to open 150-plus locations by the end of 2027.
Founded in 2022, The SageHouse provides advising, consulting and investment services to startup fitness brands. The firm has 29 earlier-stage investments and over a dozen consultancies.
After launching proof3, The SageHouse plans to expand the brand by increasing team size, introducing new services and establishing strategic partnerships. Physical proof3 locations are set to open in 2025.
