Life Time Opens Waitlist for $550-a-Month LT High Performance in NYC

Described as a “training ground for life itself,” the new Manhattan club is set to open this September on Park Avenue
Life Time is gearing up to launch its most exclusive concept yet: LT High Performance, a luxury performance club opening this September at 420 Fifth Avenue in New York City, dubbed as a “training ground for life itself.”
No stranger to luxury or results-driven performance, Life Time has opened a waitlist for prospective LT High Performance members at $550 a month, which includes access to over 180 Life Time clubs across the country. A sneak peek at the LT High Performance’s offerings is available here.
Billed as a high-performance haven, LT High Performance caters to the most wellness-focused individuals, with members beginning their experience with a private onboarding session and diagnostics, including VO₂ max testing, resting metabolic rate analysis and in-body biometric composition.
The Midtown space offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment, advanced recovery therapies and elite training programs, complemented by immersive offerings like immersive meditation, breathwork sessions and yoga classes. Beyond the physical, LT High Performance offers an even deeper sense of community through leadership summits, networking circles and invitation-only wellness retreats. Members also have access to a co-working and private meeting lounge, as well as a dedicated meditation space.
In a unique twist, the club features a dedicated media production space, complete with fully equipped podcast studios and advanced media production areas.
The space will also serve as the new home of High Performance Lifestyle Training (HPLT), the experiential wellness company founded by Brian Mazza, now Life Time’s vice president of brand performance, who confirmed the news in a LinkedIn post. Recently acquired by Life Time, HPLT is known for its exclusive retreats, self-development workshops and high-intensity fitness challenges.
Meanwhile, Life Time continues to build out its wellness ecosystem, which now includes its network of physical clubs, rigorously tested supplements, a free AI-powered wellness assistant, and Miora, its brand of clinics focused on longevity and performance. Miora recently opened its second location and is expanding on schedule, according to founder and CEO Bahram Akradi. The center offers personalized health guidance, recovery and longevity therapies, personal training and access to weight loss medication.
“We have scheduled openings for at least half a dozen more throughout the rest of the year, and then we’ll expand and start speeding up,” Akradi said of Miora’s pipeline in May.
Life Time is set to report its second-quarter 2025 results on Aug. 5.
