SurvivorRx, A Cancer Wellness Brand, Launches for Survivors

The brand was co-founded by an oncologist and a cancer caregiver to provide resources and support for survivors
SurvivorRx, a brand dedicated to helping individuals navigating life after cancer treatment, has launched. SurvivorRx was co-founded by oncologist Dr. Joe Mignone and his wife, longtime cancer caregiver Marzena Mignone. The brand offers personalized supplements, educational resources and community support, developed for individuals navigating life after cancer treatment.
“SurvivorRx was inspired by our personal and professional experiences in oncology and cancer caregiving,” the founders said. “Through caring for patients and supporting our own loved ones, we gained a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges survivors face—and we realized there was a real gap in support once treatment ends.”
That gap, according to the Mignone couple, was especially noticeable in the wellness and supplement space. “Many existing products weren’t created with cancer survivors in mind,” they explained. “Some over-promised benefits, others contained ingredients that survivors should avoid altogether. We wanted to create something that was safe, effective and most importantly, tailored to this community.”
SurvivorRx’s launch collection includes supplements made for survivors of breast and prostate cancers, as well as a general wellness product designed to support immunity, inflammation and cellular health. Each product is crafted to exclude potentially harmful ingredients. For example, the team points to the common use of black cohosh for hot flashes, an ingredient they chose to omit in their hormone-positive breast cancer formula due to its possible estrogenic effects. Ashwagandha was similarly excluded from prostate cancer formulas because of, they claim, its testosterone-promoting properties.
“We spent thousands of hours analyzing global scientific research to ensure our products meet the right nutritional goals while maintaining safety,” The Mignones noted. “Every ingredient we include is selected to maximize benefits and minimize risk. Our goal is to help survivors feel supported, not overwhelmed.”
Personalization is another key aspect of SurvivorRx. The website offers an interactive quiz to help survivors determine which product best aligns with their health history and goals. “There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to survivorship,” they noted. “What works for one individual may not work for another. That’s why personalization matters and why our formulas are designed with nuance and care.”
Beyond supplements, SurvivorRx also aims to foster a stronger sense of community. Its blog, Survivorship Simplified, features contributions from doctors, researchers, survivors and caregivers, sharing insights and practical tools for navigating post-treatment life. The brand has also launched TLC: Tiny Loving Community, a project highlighting small, volunteer-driven organizations across the country for survivors.
“Many survivors are looking for peace of mind,” the founders said. “They want to know they’re doing everything they can to stay healthy. But the information out there isn’t always easy to navigate and often it isn’t trustworthy. That’s why we built SurvivorRx not just as a supplement brand, but as a platform for trusted guidance and meaningful connection.”
While the initial focus is on breast and prostate cancer, SurvivorRx is already looking ahead. “We’re actively researching how to safely and effectively expand our offerings to other cancer types,” the Mignones said. “But we won’t rush it—we want to get it right.”
The brand is offering its ImmunityPlus formula for general immune and wellness support, alongside tailored options for different survivor profiles. SurvivorRx products are now available at survivorrx.com.
“Our mission is simple,” The Mignones added. “We want to make it easier for survivors to take care of themselves. Survivorship doesn’t end when treatment does—and we believe wellness support shouldn’t either.”
