The makers of Dream Tape have launched a sports-focused nasal strip as they aim to breathe new life into health, fitness and recovery with backing from power couple Sara Blakely and Jesse Itzler

The team behind the cult-favorite Dream Tape is back—this time targeting your nose and fulfilling growing customer demand.

U.S.-owned and operated Dream Performance & Recovery has unveiled Second Wind, a nasal strip designed to supercharge airflow, improve sleep and give athletes and everyday movers an extra edge. Promising a considerable (33%) boost in nasal airflow, the Second Wind taps into the growing movement around nasal breathing for better endurance, focus and recovery—while doubling as a fix for congestion caused by colds or allergies.

“Customers have been asking us for this since day one,” Dream Performance & Recovery co-founder Todd Anderson said. “Nasal strips are a natural fit for our product roster, but we knew we had to do it right, so we spent almost two years perfecting them. The team built Second Wind Nasal Strips from the ground up—they are totally unique, and I believe they can truly move the needle for people’s health and recovery.”

Developed with Ivy League experts and years of testing, Second Wind features a triple-patented design that uses targeted pressure to open up the nostrils and boost airflow instantly. With athletes in mind, it’s sweat-resistant and built to stay put while remaining 100% recyclable, NCAA-approved and free of PFAs or harsh chemicals.

The performance-enhancing wellness product has already caught the eye of big-name backers, namely Spanx founder Sara Blakely and Marquis Jet and FlowHaus co-founder Jesse Itzler.

“When Todd first showed me the Second Wind Nasal Strips prototypes, I knew Dream had something special on its hands that we wanted to be part of,” Itzler said. “There is white space in the market for high-quality sleep and performance products, and Dream Performance & Recovery is leading the charge.”

Second Wind Nasal Strips are available now in packs of 25, 75 and 300, with prices starting at $30 for a 25-pack. The strips will hit Amazon in July 2025 with a Subscribe & Save option for those looking to stock up and save.

Beyond its Dream Tape, the new Second Wind Nasal Strips join Dream Performance & Recovery’s other offerings, including its Performance Silk Sleep Mask, Performance Silk Pillowcases and Blue Light Glasses.
