Holistic wellness platform Alo Moves — an offshoot of Los Angeles-based activewear brand Alo Yoga — has partnered with Flex, a Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provider, allowing members to use pre-tax funds toward their Alo Moves subscription.

The move gives wellness seekers access to Alo Moves’ library of more than 3,000 classes, spanning yoga, Pilates, HIIT workouts, self-care, nutrition and mindfulness sessions.

“Alo Moves is dedicated to delivering holistic, expert-led wellness experiences that inspire our community to care for their whole health – body, mind and spirit,” Alo Moves general manager Natasha Trindall said. “Our partnership with Flex marks an exciting step in making world-class movement and mindfulness practices more accessible to everyone, anytime and anywhere.”

Alo Moves joins a growing list of fitness and wellness leaders who have partnered with Flex in recent months, such as amp, makers of an AI-powered home fitness device, Echelon, Kineon, NordicTrack and Tempo.

“At Flex, our mission is to simplify health and wellness payments and unlock the full potential of HSA/FSA benefits,” Flex CEO Sam O’Keefe said. “Our collaboration with Alo Moves not only streamlines subscription payments but also supports a platform that is redefining what’s possible in 360 digital wellness.”

Partnering with Flex not only provides consumers with an average savings of 30-40% on purchases made with the HSA/FSA accounts, but it also helps brand partners attract new customers, experience a higher average order value and boost in-subscription retention, according to the payment solutions provider.

“By accepting HSA/FSA payments, businesses can attract this growing segment of health-conscious customers who actively manage their wellness journey,” O’Keefe shared. “The ability to use HSA/FSA funds makes wellness products more accessible and affordable.”
