The Beachbody Company Drops New Workout Program & Digital Community in Bid for Comeback

With its MLM model in the rearview, BODi is leaning hard into content and community, reinforced by a relaunched affiliate model and expanded referral program
The Beachbody Company (also known as BODi) is shaking up its digital fitness playbook with a trio of new initiatives to deepen community ties and tap into the power of its fanbase, including 25 Minute Speed Train, a new at-home strength program promising results in under 30 minutes a day, and a relaunch of its affiliate partner program.
The launch of BODi’s latest initiatives comes on the heels of a strategic financial reset and a year of transition, as the storied fitness and nutrition company completes its shift away from a long-standing multi-level marketing (MLM) model.
“25 Minute Speed Train was developed to help everyone build real strength and see measurable progress in less time than they think,” BODi trainer Joel Freeman said. “Our test group got such outstanding results, and we proved this efficient training works for every fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or leveling up. We’re excited to introduce this program just in time for summer, a time of year when people need a fast way to train that can be done anywhere.”

The eight-week program, created by Freeman, features 48 strength-based workouts and two rotating flexibility and mobility sessions based on Freeman’s “Targeted Volume Training” method. The regimen requires minimal equipment and is geared toward users of all fitness levels.
Subscribers can access 25 Minute Speed Train and more than 140 other fitness programs via the BODi platform for $179 a year or purchase it outright for $119.95 without a membership.
Beachbody is also rolling out a new digital community designed to boost engagement and retention: The BODi Experience Community, offering members access to online support groups, exclusive info on launches and interactive challenges that reward users with points, badges and VIP perks. Members will be able to connect directly with BODi trainers and leadership, beginning with a free virtual 25 Minute Speed Train group led by Freeman and BODi co-founder and CEO Carl Daikeler beginning Monday, June 16.
“We’re constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers and most of all, make it simple to achieve results,” Daikeler said. “Whether it’s how we deliver workouts, build community, or empower people, everything we launch reflects our commitment to reinventing what’s possible in digital fitness and wellness, helping people everywhere achieve a healthy, sustainable routine.”

To complement its content and community upgrades, BODi is doubling down on growth through word-of-mouth marketing and creator partnerships.
The company has relaunched its affiliate partner program, offering customers, influencers, and content creators the chance to earn up to 40% commission by promoting BODi’s digital subscriptions, supplements and equipment. Participation is free and comes with custom tracking links, early product access, discounts and branded marketing assets.
At the same time, BODi is expanding its referral program to its entire user base, allowing members to share personalized links with friends and family. New customers receive a discount on their first purchase or subscription, while referrers earn points and other rewards once a transaction is completed.
During its Q1 earnings call, BODi execs shared other initiatives that are on the horizon, including a plan to launch Shakeology into food and drugstore retail channels beginning later this year, a P90X-branded nutrition line expected in the first half of 2026 and an INSANITY product line slated for late 2026 or early 2027.
Earlier this year, BODi partnered with women-focused virtual healthcare provider Hello Alpha to offer support for hormone health and weight management as well as Dr. B and Truemed to enable consumers to use HSA and FSA funds on Beachbody products.
