Lululemon’s Social Impact Efforts Reach New Heights

Lululemon’s widespread well-being mission continues with new grants and a milestone achievement
Lululemon is celebrating a major milestone as its Centre for Social Impact reaches its goal of providing 10 million people with access to resources and experiences that support physical, mental and social well-being. Along with marking its achievement, the center is introducing its 2025 Community Wellbeing Grant cohort, which includes 100 community-led nonprofit organizations.
As the activewear giant explains, grant recipients are organizations working to make well-being more accessible by expanding financial access, removing barriers to movement and mindfulness practices and offering culturally responsive, trauma-informed programs.
“At Lululemon, we believe wellbeing is a fundamental right, and by supporting those facing the greatest challenges, we can strengthen communities around the world,” Lululemon CEO Calvin McDonald said. “Since the launch of our Centre for Social Impact in 2021, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with nearly 300 organizations that are advancing inclusive access to wellbeing globally. Reaching this milestone is a testament to the dedication of these organizations and we look forward to collaborating with our 2025 cohort to continue this important work.”
Awarded organizations received a total of more than $4 million in grants, with an average grant amount of $43,000. The funding will help support efforts to impact over 500,000 people on a global scale.
“We are thrilled to welcome this year’s new cohort of grantees, whose work is already making a powerful impact in communities around the world to create more equitable access to wellbeing,” Lululemon head of social impact and engagement Anne Wintroub said. “We know that different communities face different challenges, and we are excited to support this group of organizations working to unlock resources that meet the specific wellbeing needs of communities all across the globe.”
Lululemon says it will share more details about its future goals later this year, including its 2030 Impact goal.
