Clubessential Holdings Acquires SaaS Platform Momence
The acquisition adds to Clubessential’s fitness vertical
Software-as-a-service and payments provider Clubessential Holdings has acquired AI-driven platform Momence, which serves fitness studios and gyms and adds to Clubessential’s portfolio of fitness-focused brands, including ClubReady, Exerp and myFitApp.
Momence’s software solution supports more than 4,500 businesses and is known for its marketing capabilities and automation tools, including lead communication, bookings, member conversions and retention efforts.

For Drmota, the strategic acquisition marks a new chapter for Momence, which has developed an AI Corporate Dashboard to help fitness businesses grow.
