Upswell Expands in Colorado With Third Wellness Club

Founded by CorePower Yoga’s former COO, Upswell has opened its third Colorado studio, offering a full suite of restorative and movement-based wellness experiences
In Denver, Colorado, where trail runs, sunrise yoga and après-ski are part of the routine, wellness runs deep. It’s also now home to the third Upswell, a neighborhood wellness club that focuses on active recovery, mindful movement and community.
Founded by Heather Holland, former COO of CorePower Yoga, Upswell began as an outdoor yoga gathering and has since evolved into a three-studio movement in Colorado, with locations in South Broadway, Central Park and now 3636 Blake St. in the River North Art District, known affectionately as RiNo.

“We’ve reimagined boutique fitness at Upswell to be simple, feel-good wellness without judgment or expectations, and we’re so excited to bring that energy to RiNo,” said Holland, Upswell’s CEO.

Instead of focusing on personal records and calorie burn, Upswell encourages guests to slow down and tune in with cold plunges, infrared and traditional saunas, compression and PEMF therapy, and a range of mindful movement classes such as yoga, mat Pilates and a signature flow paired with a live sound bath.
Memberships at Upswell RiNo start at $189 per month, with flexible options ranging from single-day and three-day passes to weeklong access. Annual memberships cost $1,889, and all pricing tiers are HSA and FSA eligible through a partnership with TrueMed.

“We hope to see Upswell RiNo become another neighborhood wellness club where members know each other by name like we’ve seen at South Broadway and Central Park,” Holland said. “More than anything, we hope our members come to Upswell to find joy in movement, growth in stillness and a sense of belonging—to keep doing what they love, for years to come.”
