Longevity Startup Hundred Health Acquires BellSant

The longevity startup absorbs BellSant’s top-tier research and talent to accelerate its personalized health platform ahead of a major summer launch
Hundred Health, a personalized longevity startup, has acquired BellSant, a subscription-based, testing-informed wellness platform, in an all-stock deal. As a result, Hundred Health will gain access to a trove of research in aging, genomics, and related fields from top U.S. institutions.
The data will be integrated into Hundred’s AI engine to sharpen its health recommendations and insights, ahead of the company’s full launch this summer.

“Matt and the BellSant team have assembled one of the world’s richest longevity datasets,” Hundred Health founder and CEO Tyler Smith said. “By folding their science directly into our platform, every member will have on-demand access to the collective expertise of dozens of leading researchers to inform smarter, personalized health decisions.”
Smith, who founded real estate tech firm SkySlope, has backed a range of health startups, including Function Health, Nucleus Genomics, Devoted Health and TruMe Labs.

Athletech News spoke with Smith earlier this year as Hundred Health emerged from stealth. At the time, details were limited, but Smith shared that the company plans to combine biodata, wearable integrations, genetic insights and advanced blood panels to deliver hyper-personalized health recommendations for less than $1.50 per day.
“What we’ve built against some of the best out there is really eye-opening to what you could do when you have a lot of data on a person and what you’re able to really give them, and then make it wildly digestible,” Smith told ATN. “And I think we’ve solved that.”

Founded in 2022, BellSant’s platform combines regular blood testing with physical and cognitive assessments to deliver personalized, actionable feedback on exercise, nutrition and daily habits. BellSant founder Matt Fellowes will join Hundred Health’s advisory board, while select members of BellSant’s engineering and data team will transition to Hundred.
“Choosing a future for BellSant’s platform wasn’t a decision we made lightly,” Fellowes said. “After careful evaluation, it was clear that Hundred represented not just the right home but the right future. Tyler and his team aren’t just building technology; they’re building a fundamentally better model of healthcare. One that is intelligent, personal, and empowering. I couldn’t imagine a better partner to carry this mission forward.”
