Centr, Red Bull Launch Hyrox Training Program To Conquer 100 Wall Balls

Centr and Red Bull are on the ball with the Unbroken Training Program to help athletes tackle the 100-wall-ball finish that stands between them and glory
Centr, the Chris Hemsworth-founded fitness brand, is teaming up with Red Bull to tackle one of the most punishing challenges in competitive fitness: completing 100 wall balls without stopping during a Hyrox race.
The new Unbroken Training Program from Centr x Red Bull launched today as a 12-week add-on specifically designed to help athletes conquer the Red Bull 100 Wall Ball Challenge, which awards the Red Bull 100 Patch to those who complete the final station of a Hyrox race without breaking.
The program is led by Hyrox World Champion Jake Dearden, who provides tactical instruction and demonstrates all exercises. Rather than a standalone offering, it’s designed as a “finisher” that stacks onto existing training programs, including Centr’s own Hyrox-certified digital programs or athletes’ current routines.

The 12-week progression runs two to three sessions per week, with each workout lasting just seven to 15 minutes. It’s structured in three phases: strength foundation, muscular endurance focus and race prep taper. Athletes complete wall ball tests weekly to track progress.
The Unbroken Training Program is included in Centr’s app subscription, which offers a 7-day free trial followed by a fee of $29 per month.
The launch builds on Centr’s partnership with the fast-growing global fitness race, where it serves as the competition’s official equipment provider and offers the only Hyrox-certified digital training programs.
