ROR Partners Acquires Incline Marketing to Expand Data-Driven Marketing Capabilities
The deal strengthens ROR’s reach into location-based services with advanced SEO, local media and AI-powered marketing solutions
ROR Partners, the data-driven, AI-powered performance marketing firm backed by Gemspring Capital, has acquired Incline Marketing, a digital marketing agency specializing in organic media solutions for location-based service businesses. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2018 and based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Incline Marketing offers expertise in SEO, website development, CRM operations, call centers, Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO), and Google Local Services Ads, serving industries such as roofing, pest control, pool services, HVAC and more.
