Guests at Westin Nusa Dua can break a sweat with a view, thanks to its eco-friendly beachfront workout experience
The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is embracing the rise of fitness and wellness tourism with an eco-conscious outdoor gym and its signature Westin Beach Workout—all set against Bali’s picturesque backdrop.
Offering fitness options at resorts makes sense perhaps now more than ever—especially as recent data from Neilson Beach Clubs shows that three in four travelers now incorporate exercise into their vacations.
At Westin Resort Nusa Dua, guests can break a sweat daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with access to functional and strength training equipment, including a wooden bench press, leg press, kettlebells, TRX suspension gear, wooden dumbbells weight plates, flipping tires, exercise balls and hanging bars and stick wall climbers.
Early risers joining the Beach Workout are rewarded with sweeping sunrise views—and on clear days, views of Mount Agung can be enjoyed.
