Do you love sports and fitness? Do you spend your time following celebrity trainers, athletes or sports pros on social media? Are you able to consult with influencers to help them build their own personal brand on their digital channels? You might just be cut out to be the awesome Athlete Manager that Trifecta is looking for!

We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing and sales mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. We currently work with over 200 high profile celebrity athletes and fitness professionals in mutually beneficial partnerships that help increase brand visibility across social and digital channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc. We’re looking for someone to manage a portion of these relationships and keep our influencers informed of best practices that help them build their own brand as well as maintain visibility for Trifecta. Direct contact with active pros from sports organizations such as the UFC, CrossFit, USA Bodybuilding and other fitness celebrities will fill the majority of your time.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Managing existing portfolio of athlete and influencer partnerships to increase brand visibility across marketing channels
-Evaluate strategy and athletes/influencers quarterly based on performance, allocating budget, product assortment, and content direction
-Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
-Relationship management with Trifecta’s athlete and influencer network
-Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
-Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
-Work with the Marketing, Creative and Content teams to guide UGC campaigns on owned and earned channels, inclusive of product assortment and visual direction.
-Working within the marketing team to create and execute (e.g. community events, social content engagement, etc.)
-Work with marketing team to track, analyze and optimize content and community growth across social channels, including weekly reports and monthly performance analysis
-Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes


-5 – 7 years in Business Development or High-Level Sales
-Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
-Start-up or agency experience a plus
-Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
-Extensive knowledge of social media marketing industry
-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
-Well organized with great time management skills
-Outstanding project management skills
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
-Goal-oriented and KPI driven with the ability to test and experiment
