Rumble is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day management of Rumble’s performance-driven, omnichannel marketing strategy — with a heavy focus on email marketing, content marketing, strategic business growth and innovative initiatives that focus on acquisition, retention, and reactivation across all channels and client segments. This person will have a creative-meets-analytics integrated marketing skill set, with experience building customer-first marketing strategies and initiatives with brand loyalty & product affinity as cornerstones. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will work out of the Rumble Corporate Headquarters  in New York City.

– Develop a deep understanding of key marketing priorities and own end-to-end management and development of marketing initiatives for both the studio business, e-commerce and Rumble TV — spanning email marketing, SMS marketing, digital marketing, brand campaigns and product elevations
– Manage email marketing calendar, content development, and campaign ideation in support of Rumble’s omnichannel business to optimize client touchpoints at all phases of the client funnel
– Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support Rumble’s robust (and always-evolving) marketing roadmap
– Ideate and execute on ongoing and innovative marketing initiatives that focus on acquisition, retention, and reactivation of our client base
– Support VP of Marketing on marketing/tech product projects across web, email & app
– Identify and execute local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities across all Rumble markets
– Report on key marketing metrics and track the success of all marketing campaigns and initiatives; conduct ongoing analysis of brand performance and key metrics

Required Skills:
– 5 years of results-driven generalist marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
– Extensive email and content marketing experience — skilled at taking content from concept to brief to final asset
– Prior experience in the fitness, health & wellness, or beauty industry — and/or — experience at a subscription-based business strongly preferred
– Experience managing marketing strategy and campaign development within the membership and/or loyalty space
– Experience in end-to-end content marketing — from email to webExperience briefing and managing creative teams
– Strong written skills with a passion for bringing the Rumble brand to life in a way that leverages the brand’s distinct voice & identity
– A strong customer-centric mindset
– Strong business acumen; strategic thinker with strong analytic and project management skills
– Personal passion for fitness and the Rumble brand
– Fluent in Excel, Google Drive, Google Analytics & ESPs (Mailchimp, Braze, etc.), Facebook Business Manager
