About this team

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. The Analyst will help improve existing tools and processes and develop and improve reporting. They will drive cross-functional alignment through operational planning and project management. They will partner with teams across Finance, Enterprise Business Transformation (EBT), Strategy, and more to drive adherence to workplans for highly visible projects.

A day in the life: what you’ll do

-Driving process & tool improvements for Strategic Initiative process.
-Driving process adherence for several cross-functional projects.
-Enhancing reporting capabilities for multi-year forecasts and Strategic Initiatives.
-Providing ad-hoc support to FP&A and cross-functional partners (particularly EBT and Strategy).
-Managing Strategic Initiative collection and approval process.
-Coordinate cross-functional working sessions and Vice-President, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer reviews for several annual / ad-hoc projects.
-Advise the Strategic Finance team, the broader FP&A team, and cross-functional partners on processes & timelines for SF-led projects / programs.
-Support cross-functional teams in development of reporting on multi-year plans and Strategic Initiatives.
-Create analyses and materials in support of Senior Leader and Board of Director meetings.


-3+ years of work experience, preferably in management or financial consulting, or equivalent experience within a large corporation.
-Able to work with limited direction across functions and can understand and link strategy to the underlying drivers of the business.
-Proven high-level analytical thinker and creative problem-solver, and ability to work within fast-paced business environments.
-Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
-Undergraduate degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
