The Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Feed Media Group, you’ll represent Feed Media Group while engaging with candidates and prospective candidates. You are excited to share more about Feed Media Group and are a clear and engaging communicator. Whether you’re recruiting for the engineering team, customer success, business operations, or HR, you are ready to jump in and build the recruiting process and pipeline that will enable the hiring manager to hire the right candidate.  Reporting to the COO, this role is key in helping our management team implement an organized, consistent, and inclusive recruiting process and hire exceptional people.

Responsibilities
Partner with 3+ hiring managers to write job descriptions and interview plans.
Own Lever (ATS) management.
Source candidates for open positions.
Promote roles across diverse job boards.
Set expectations, goals, and metrics for hiring efforts and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
Meet with hiring managers weekly to discuss progress to goals.
Demonstrate excellent candidate management.
Deliver offers, write offer letters, and ensure all proper paperwork is completed on a timely basis.
Ensure consistency in hiring practices via hiring manager training.

Requirements
3+ years experience recruiting software engineers, business operations, customer success, and sales roles at a technology company.
Experience sourcing passive talent.
Experience coordinating interviews across different time zones.
Experience using Lever as an ATS.
Comfortable with a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Proven experience managing a distributed workforce and operating efficiently in a virtual environment.
Demonstrated ability to successfully oversee and collaborate with employees.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sense of humor and preference for collaborative environments.
