Eden debuts a free wellness platform with AI fitness coaching, nutrition plans and community support

Eden, a digital health platform focused on metabolic health, is expanding into the wellness space with a free offering that includes access to more than 10,000 on-demand workouts, Aaptiv’s AI-powered fitness coaching that adapts over time, weekly nutrition guidance with meal plans and peer support.

Participation is free with a three-minute online quiz, with no payment or medical consultation required. Eden still offers doctor-led programs for eligible users.

“We believe wellness should be accessible to everyone, not just those actively seeking medical treatment,” Eden CEO Adam McBride said. “The launch of our free community powered by Aaptiv reflects Eden’s mission to empower individuals with digital tools, expert guidance, and community support, all at no initial cost.”

With a paid upgrade, members can access Aaptiv’s national network of more than 20,000 gyms and fitness studios.

“Whether someone is exploring their health goals or actively participating in a medical program, having access to structured workouts, nutrition resources, and community support makes a powerful difference,” Eden co-founder and president Josh Khan said. “We’re proud to offer these tools to anyone who wants to start improving their wellness journey today.”

Earlier this year, Eden announced it would open Eden Health Club, a luxury wellness destination in Colorado, providing members with access to fitness services, hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 treatments, facials, injectables and regenerative therapies. More recently, the digital health platform announced the launch of a custom weight loss kit that can include prescription medications and wellness-focused supplements, access to female hormone therapy services and a new NAD⁺ program.
